The Golf Blog says: Adam Scott had a roller coaster round at Doral. In the first 5 holes, he had 2 double bogeys, 2 pars, and 1 birdie. It looked like he was out of contention. But Adam birdied 6 of the next 9 holes, and then survived a shank out of the bunker on the 16th hole and an errant approach shot that almost went into the water on the 18th hole. But, when it was all said and done, Adam was the last man standing, besting Bubba Watson, Rory McIlroy, and Phil Mickelson. It was Adam’s second consecutive victory after winning the Honda Classic last week and nearly his third straight victory after he finished second at Riviera. Adam looks primed for the Masters, coming in April.
