Here they are: 1. Duvals and Haas’s tied with 29 percent 3. Nicklaus’s and Stadlers tied with13 percent 5. Millers with only 4 percent I’m really surprised that the Duvals did so well, given David’s disappearing act, and that the Stadlers didn’t do better, given Kevin’s stellar play this year.
