The first ball has been played and the 87th PGA Championship has started at Baltusrol Golf Club in Springfield, New Jersey. At 8:30am, Bob Ford, the head professional at Oakmont CC, in Oakmont, PA is tied for the lead at -1 with Jose Maria Olazabal.
