One reader asks: Does anyone know much about usga regs for dot punches? My club has the punches about 4.5 mm apart in horizontal rowsand about 3.75mm apart in vertical columns. The regs say that the punches must be greater that 4.25mm apart. Does either one or both of the dimensions apply? Can anyone help […]
