Hawaii’s best teenage golfer appears not to be Michelle Wie. It’s 5’1″, 135 pound, Tad Fujikawa. Tad qualified for the U.S. Open last year; Michelle didn’t. And, today, Tad just made the cut at the Sony Open. Tad just sunk an eagle putt on 18, to go -3,, shooting a 66. Tad gave a huge Tiger fist pump after he sunk his eagle putt. Amazing! (Michelle Wie is at +13.) Tad is the youngest player in 50 years to make a cut at a PGA event. Go Tad!
