Ernie Els sees positive in 2nd place finish
Ernie blogs today: “You know, some places, some golf courses, they just seem to fit your eye. Dubai is like that for me. I feel comfortable there. It’s a time of the season where I feel like I am fresh and, you know, I’m always keen to make a strong start to the year. And I’ve got to say this was another good week for me in the Dubai Desert Classic. Of course I’m disappointed not to win…that’s two seconds here in the last two years. But Henrik played great and I enjoyed playing with him over the four days. In the end it was only one shot that separated us. It was a good battle. Congratulations to him.”
