Is Pat Perez the next Kenny Perry?
Pat Perez is 32 years old. He hasn’t won on the PGA Tour yet. He’s leading the Bob Hope, and, if God willing, he may win on Sunday. He’s got game, but hasn’t gotten the monkey off his back.
Perez has to hope that his career will resemble Perry’s. Kenny Perry, that is. Kenny Perry was 31 years old when he won his first tournament, but didn’t really blossom until a few more years later and into his 40s. Now, Perry has 12 PGA wins. Not too shabby.
