Video proof: Roger Goodell is a much better commissioner than Tim Finchem
The Golf Blog says: Commissioner of the PGA Tour Tim Finchem has lost all credibility. In this Dec. 2009 interview with Rich Lerner, Finchem praises the “mutually beneficial relationship” the tour has with Tiger Woods and Finchem says he doesn’t want to judge Tiger. Not one critical word about Tiger. Finchem had the opportunity, but blinked. Indeed, Finchem kept praising Tiger in this video. Finchem chose protecting Tiger over protecting the integrity of the PGA Tour.
As we discussed yesterday (click here), it is striking how feeble Tim Finchem is as a commissioner when compared to NFL commissioner Roger Goodell.
