The Golf Blog says: The weather is nice today for the morning rounds at St. Andrews. Low scores everywhere. Rory McIlroy tied the tournament record at 9-under 63. John Daly made an appearance at 6-under 66. Tiger Woods, in his magenta striped shirt, is 5-under. Phil Mickelson has yet to tee off.
