The Golf Blog: Molinari holds off Westwood by 1 shot to win HSBC Shanghai; Tiger Woods finishes 6th
The Golf Blog says: Only 2 players were in contention on Sunday at the HSBC Shanghai: Francesco Molinari and Lee Westwood. Molinari outdueled World No. 1 Westwood, 19-under to 18-under. The two, playing in the final group, were basically playing against each other all day. The next closest competitors were some 9 shots back at 9-under. Tiger Woods finished 6th, at -4. For the first time, Tiger failed to win a PGA Tour event for the entire season. But the Top 10 finish suggests he is close to being back on track.
