The Golf Blog: Tiger Woods takes high road and congratulates Stevie Williams
The Golf Blog says: Tiger Woods had a press conference today during which he fielded questions about Stevie Williams’s comments after Adam Scott’s Bridgestone win.
Tiger was very gracious and said he texted Stevie to congratulate him about the victory with Adam Scott. Meanwhile, Stevie Williams apologized on his website for the comments he made, which he admitted were emotional and in part out of anger in being fired.
