The Golf Blog: Is Tiger Woods back?
The Golf Blog says: Tiger Woods is showing glimpses of greatness again, with a solid third place finish at the Australian Open. After less than stellar play in the team format at the President’s Cup, including getting smoked in the opening match paired with Steve Stricker, Tiger put on a dominating performance in the singles match against Aaron Baddeley, finishing with 6 birdies and clinching the Cup for the U.S. team.
The most promising sign came after the round, in which Tiger was all smiles, indeed downright giddy about his performance and the love shown by his teammates. Click here for the video. It’s been a long while since we’ve seen Tiger that happy. It may be just what he needed.
