The Golf Blog: No arrest or charges against Chicken Man (bird man) who crashed Bob Costas interview at US Open
The Golf Blog says: Thankfully, no arrest or charges were made against Andrew James Dudley, better known as the chicken man or bird man who interrupted Bob Costas’s interview of Webb Simpson after he won the U.S. Open. Dudley was held while he sobered up, but then released without being charged. Webb Simpson, who is very religious, seemed to show little compassion for the guy who crashed his interview. Simpson told him to “enjoy the jail cell” as he was yanked away. Luckily, for the Chicken Man, there was no arrest made or charges filed.
