The Golf Blog says: Tiger Woods said he moved from California to Florida (which has no state income tax) to avoid having to pay state taxes. He told local reporters this week that he understands what Phil Mickelson was trying to say last week. Phil said he was thinking about making “drastic changes” because of the increase in income taxes on the federal level. Phil received a lot of flak for his comments because he makes many millions of dollars and is in the top 1% of income earners. Phil later apologized.
