The Golf Blog says: Rory McIlroy is finally showing signs of life. He shot a 66 on the final day of the Texas Open, but got overtaken by Martin Laird, who tied the course record 63. Rory added the Texas Open at the last minute after his play has been consistently erratic. This week was Rory’s best week all year, with 2 rounds in the 60s and a second place finish. Now, the Masters! Can’t wait.
TweetGreat week @valerotxopen… Thought 66 might have been good enough today but Martin’s round was special! No complaints and Augusta bound!!
