The Golf Blog says: Rory McIlroy started the day 6 shots back of leader Adam Scott, but after the first 9 holes, had chased down Adam with an eagle-birdie. Adam maintained a slight 1-hole lead going into the last 4 holes, but Rory came from behind with a birdie on the last hole to stop Adam from winning his 3rd Australian tourney in a row. If you had a chance to watch it last night in the States, it was an awesome head to head final pair, final round matchup.
This was the first win for Rory in 2013. And his first win with Nike clubs after a year of less than stellar play with the Nike clubs. Congrats, Rory!
