The Golf Blog says: Tiger Woods shot 39 on the front nine of Chambers Bay, the site of this year’s U.S. Open. Then things got worse as Tiger finished 10 over par, with an 80. The only consolation for Tiger was that he beat his playing partner Rickie Fowler, who shot 81. The biggest moment of embarrassment for Tiger was when he completely topped his 3-wood from the fairway on the 18th hole into a pot bunker. That costly mistake resulted in another bogey and a score of 80. Ouch. Tiger’s career may be “David Duval” done.
